Blur yesterday wanted to imitate the Beatles playing on the roof of a building Britain. To make the most interesting thing Damon Albarn's band performed two new songs, 'Under The Westway' and 'The Puritan' which surprised all who followed the event in streaming. Fortunately, and not to further fuel the desire for their fans, the guys from Blur network rose shortly after the studio versions of both songs. You can listen through that embeds attached below (and also direct 'The Puritan').
While 'Under The Westway' is a very softened and melodic piece, 'The Puritan' part as a cutting quite blunt synth-pop. These two releases serve as a promotional support for the launch of the collection of 21 albums! Blur will bail the sale on July 30. This pack will be blessed reissued versions of its seven albums and mountains and mountains of unreleased material.
I almost forgot to mention that the single 'Under The Westway' (including 'The Puritan') can be purchased both in digital format via iTunes Store as 7 inch vinyl.
